Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review. We are delighted that you recognise our fantastic people that make up our IRIS family and enjoy our commission scheme. We are very proud of our brilliant salespeople and are pleased to reward them for hitting their targets. We also operate a variety of incentives and competitions throughout the year – recently we were delighted to award an electric scooter to one of our commercial employees.
Employee feedback is always important to us, and we encourage all of our employees to share with us their great feedback in our monthly engagement survey, Peakon. We are continuing to increase the engagement in our Sales team and are so pleased to have an engagement score of 8.5 for our Sales department, which is 0.7 above our industry benchmark. We are also consistently scoring high in our drivers for ‘Management Support’ and ‘Organisational Fit’ from the survey results of our Sales team.
We are also proud to have fantastic employees and excellent management who support each other and #MakeItHappen, as in line with our IMPACT values. We support our managers' development through our ‘Managing with IMPACT’ programme, which has currently supported 74 managers in the past 12 months, with 15 starting the course soon. This training programme provides managers with ongoing support, communication, emotional intelligence and practical training to develop the skills they need to motivate, develop and inspire their teams. We are also delighted to have recently launched our ‘Leading with IMPACT’ programme, with our first cohort of 22 senior leaders starting in July. These are steps we are taking as a business to improve the collaboration and success of our employees.
