We’re proud of our in-depth communication strategy which includes our bi-monthly Your IRIS newsletter, monthly site updates in each office that focus on organisational and local news, regular email updates from the CEO and Marketing teams, and including the latest IRIS news on our intranet and social media channels. If you are unable to attend a site update, you are very welcome to dial into one of the two remote sessions held each month, and we encourage you to speak to HR and your manager so we can help you to attend at a time that suits. Our Delve, Teams and Cascade systems allow you to view organisation charts and find out ‘who’s who’ across the business, and we’ve received excellent feedback from employees on how these tools help them to keep up to date as we continue to grow. We offer significant progression and development opportunities to all our staff, including management training, apprenticeships, and a comprehensive learning curriculum on offer throughout, and we saw a record number of employees take their next step (whether a promotion, secondment or internal transfer) at IRIS in 2019 alone.
