      I really can't think of any reason this company is still here

      Cons

      The owner thinks that he pays yr salary n the staff supposed to be at his Beck n call. even after office hours Theres no fixed lunch hour . You need to Join him for lunch n start work immediately after. Loves to micro manage n wasting time on majoring on the minor.

      good work hours generally with normal lunch break. no overtime required. Other workers nice and helpful when asked for assistance.

      Cons

      the management didnt really seem to be involved in helping workers answer their pressing questions about how to best train their pets
