-Compensation was almost relative to amount of work performed
-Some leniency in regards to rearranging of schedules (in comparison to other dealer groups )
Cons
- Not unusual to work a 14 hour shift, sometimes as long as a 17 hour shift with no say in the matter and no additional pay/incentive to do so.
- Was told on numerous occasions, " You leave when the job is done." which caused the incredibly long shifts.
-Not a lot of room for advancement even if one's numbers increase on a monthly basis.
Bottom line is - you will be worked like a dog until you can't take it anymore, take the money and run as well as eventually find yourself out on your butt.
