Very poor benefits including only 5 days of sick time. No PTO. The company is very unorganized. They hire people at the back door and secretly train them so they can fire others. Some of their offices have an overwhelming amount of work to do while others barely have any work. One coordinator may need to work over 8 hours a day (salary and no overtime) while another may only need to work 4 hours a day. They are under new management as the company has a very high turnover rate. The new management slowly fired most of the coordinators to bring in people from their last company. Experience doesn’t matter here. It’s “who” you know.
