The company cares more about shareholders than their own employees. Pay is terrible, again, money is invested into shareholders than employees Management likes to gossip about their own employees instead of being a leader Favoritism and brown nose kissing to get promoted Unexpected layoffs without any notice Discrimination against people with disabilities, on FMLA, and pregnant women Will work you like a slave, but take all of the credit like they did all the work. All they do is sit on their butts at the desks all day long
