      Pros

      Benefits, pay and flexibility are great for certain positions.

      Cons

      Projects are not always supported from top down. Overall, my particular role was unsupported from the top down which made for an extremely frustrating 6 years.

      The team was great to work with and the general work environment was hard to beat

      Cons

      It felt like sales and upper management completely dropped the ball with our product. We had what could have been a large success in the market but we were too ignored to really push ourselves towards new customers. Pretty much the whole team was laid off as a result.
