      Pros

      Great company to work for in South Africa. Teamwork and lots of innovation

      Cons

      Decision making tended to be centralized in the HQ in London but this was prior to the Wallstreet listing so lots of risk avoidance.

      The team was great to work with and the general work environment was hard to beat

      Cons

      It felt like sales and upper management completely dropped the ball with our product. We had what could have been a large success in the market but we were too ignored to really push ourselves towards new customers. Pretty much the whole team was laid off as a result.
