Unlimited earning potential. Coaching, mentoring, and formal training. A team of people that really work together (vs just claiming to so). Open access to Partners for support, learning, and real time assistance.
Cons
You need to be self-motivated and self-disciplined to succeed. No one is "policing" your activities minute by minute so if you need a ton of structure this may not be your place.
