Customer Service Representatives get great PTO, benefits and flexibility to work from home. There is also some growth opportunity within and outside Customer Service, in office. Great work environment where everyone is friendly.
Cons
Customer Service Representative's hourly wages start very low compared to other companies. Not a lot of opportunity for growth for remote employees, unless they consider relocating or working in the office.
