Pros
The job itself isn't bad when you're on a good property. Really easy to get on, but they can't be picky it seems.
Cons
Terrible management. They blame employees for all the problems they face, saying things like no one wants to work. They will constantly try to call you in I your off days and between shifts, they get a bad attitude with you. Had two supervisors threaten to withhold my pay, then when I pointed out this was a federal crime they tried to justify it. My schedule would sometimes change three times a week, one time all in one day. Different supervisors are not at all on the same page, thinking your schedule is the one you got earlier in the week when you're going by the most recent one. Don't work for this company, McDonald's starts you at higher pay
