      Pros

      Nice colleagues friendly management. Not much politics.get to build a lot of industry contacts.

      Cons

      Extremely kpi driven. Some old school thinking. Although management encourage staff to speak freely they tend to justify themselves a lot and doesnt listen deep enough. Overly concern about their 'reputation'. Workload can get to you.

      Pros

      The organization has a noble mission to support Singapore's SMEs. There are many dedicated, hardworking, and talented colleagues.

      Cons

      The single biggest challenge is the senior leadership style, which is excessively risk-averse and top-down. There is a culture of caution that stifles innovation and prevents the organization from adapting quickly to the needs of the SME ecosystem.
