      Pros

      Been working for more than 2 years, projects have close-knit team, freedom to choose how implement a solution to solve a problem. I learned from team members. Allows remote work. Pushed me to learn something new. Wednesday drinks, christmas party, cakes for birthdays at the end of wvery month.

      Cons

      You have to ask for a performance review if you want a raise. Some colleagues are so engrossed with owning a product that they worked on the same product all their life.

      Some very bright people work here, so it could be a great place to learn and grow, assuming you get to the right position

      Cons

      People who work here for long time seem to chronically underpaid which kinda tells you don't want to stay here for too long.

      Very relaxed work environment. casual dress. People are nice and friendly.

      Cons

      Limited career progression opportunity. Salary is pretty low. They try to make it up with flexibility. No formal training on anything.
