      Pros

      Very high growth and plenty of work. There is new management in key roles and they seem to be genuinely interested in the employees and improving the business. Good coworkers.

      Cons

      It gets very busy at the end of each month. It would be better if orders went out on a regular basis instead of all at once.

      Pros

      Co- workers are great. You will find at least one person to connect with and be able to go through companies volatility. Experience highly dependent on your role. Work life balance was second to none. Great position if you are looking to have a balanced schedule.

      Cons

      Leadership is disconnected to what happens in field. Targets do not align. In - field challenges are not typically taken into consideration and focus is not sales oriented. Decision making is not clear nor transparent. AE and Directors have different compensation structure - then Directors to Executives have different compensation structure causing mismatched goals.
