Pros
Co-workers are great. It was not a cubicle farm of employees. There were like 6 of us working there. 2-3 Tier II's, 1 Tier III, and the rest was upper management. Easy commute and great location to work in. Small company.
Cons
I never got the pay I was promised. I was constantly told things and those things were always never followed through. Tier II support team was small, so it was quite stressful on most days. There were days when everyone was sick and I was left manning the entire Tier II load on my own. The training that I received was less than ideal. I never received proper training and I was thrown to the birds from the first day. Pay rate is terrible and I feel horrible for the sales team. The entire company has a high turnover rate.
