Pros
Management is active when Ravi (managing director) saw review regarding freshers are being called during weekends he took quick action and fixed the issue. Senior management needs to decide who gets development based on freshers performance and interest in appropriate fields rather then distributing them randomly.
Cons
IT department strength must be improved most of the time IT dept will be so busy that they can't resolve problems. Long ethernet wires must be present in labs its very tough to create manual topologies while testing with short ethernet wires please improve resources of Ethernet cables
