Many employees did not get their proper final pays when the owner ran away from the Country.

- Good place to start if you're a fresh grad - Great tech stack - Hybrid work environment / onsite and wfh setup

- Serious case of crab mentality - High Attrition rate -No sense of professionalism - The only time you will get an increase is if you get a high-level certification (if you're part of the engineering team) - Micromanagement at every corner. - Management doesn't seem to trust their employees. - Salary is always late plus they give it also during the weekends (So far this is the only company I know who gives their payroll on a weekend)
