Pros

Team mates were of good nature. (not a pro for company, btw)

Cons

Useless and incompetent Indian managers, good for boot lickers, not really meant for people who believe in doing good work as you will be given more and more work until you decide to quit one day. No replacement of staffs who left. In the name of replacement college kids will join every year which will increase the workload on people to train them, instead of helping them. And once they gets ready to deliver something meaningful, they will be rotated to another projects. And the cycle goes on.. Separate policies and work methods for Indian and people abroad in the same role. Indian office is nothing but a place for cheap labor to the company. Using legacy tech stack. They use their own frameworks, which are are very old. So no scope for leanings new technologies. You will realize this when you try to switch and start giving interviews.

Pros

I get to work from home and have a grand-fathered in unlimited PTO policy. And that's about it.

Cons

RUN. This is just a horrible company to work for. Either you are living in constant fear of being fired or you are so overworked you feel like you have to work 60 hours a week just to do the bare minimum. The CEO, Andrea, is just gutting everything, doing mass layoffs over and over again. He has no clear visit for the company, goal posts keep changing, and everyone is setup to fail.
