Decent Pay which is again minimum expected given the whole selection process

No clarity to employees on their roles and responsibilities Very incompetent people running teams as team leads Fake promises and illusions are set up in the minds of employees at the initial stage of employment and non of it is executed in the later period Not very much learning opportunities Very aggressive and unhealthy atmosphere in the company Gender Discrimination- the managers used to look down on the female employees
