      1. Work environment is really good, people are ready to help 2. You get to switch teams if you are joining by their LDP program 3. Flat hierarchy helps you to easily interact with your manager

      Cons

      1. Good oppurtunity to work in the field related to trading but on staying there for long, changing profile can be difficult 2. Flat hierarchy can make your promotions slow

      Pros

      Great view from the NYC office. Had a great team which is why I stayed so long (over 12 years).

      Cons

      No direction, no transparency, no communication from leadership, bonuses cut, and now mass layoffs.
