Pros
IOMEDIA Company is not bad but the people who are managing India office. They use such words “Useless”, "Disgusting”, "Ridiculous" (It's professional language for them). And every work and people is Stupid and nonsense for them. IOMEDIA can pay you good salary. Actually it is New York based agency and the people who manage from India office. They will offered salary in that way that they have own you. After that your life is in their hand. Don't expect if they have hired you as "Senior Web Developer" and provide you work of same skill. They can ask you to work of data entry/ content updating. IOMEDIA is AWESOME in writing fake reviews. I can't stop myself for praising you for this talent. I can recommend you’re this quality. IOMEDIA convince skill highly impressive. When they have asked me to write review and said "Nothing has happened wrong with you As on Date so why don't you write reviews for us".
Cons
I am really short of word here. It's hard to compare IOMEDIA with any other company. It will be insult of that company by comparing with this 3rd class company. Why am I writing this because I want to warn innocent people who can be VICTIM of their TRAP? Women are safe. HA HA HA..Give a break....Fake reviewers (Self Praise is not recommended) They think you are their slaves. They have full right to treat you the way they want. I have seen personally people were crying cause of their attitude. They have hired people and didn't assigned them work for months/years. And then FIRED them without notice or reason. Just be prepared they are habitual to fire employees without any reason. They are not just good in firing. I must say they are excellent and trained for this job only. Advice for those who are working with them, you don't believe but there is possibility. Set of your exit documents could be already prepared in their record. But they are unable to find your replacement that's why you are still part of IOMEDIA. Bad luck of IOMEDIA that they could not find your replacement or it is your bad luck that you are working hard for such company, who want you to "Let Go". Gender biased not needed here, where your Job is not safe. There is no need to compare between men or women. Management threaten employee openly that they are so used to of firing process (they don't need to check paper for it. Even they mentioned that you don't know about my legal background from where I am coming...So people should get scared and pray MERCY...MERCY). They feel pride and they are passionate about “Let Go". They said something like this openly " I don't even give second chance to employee whether employee have cried for their kid's school fees, bread and butter for family or anything. I am so used of "pink slip" system." You never know your joining date could be your last working date.
