Pros
Health insurance is ok. Working hours can be a little flexible.
Cons
Upper management does not care about employees, always quoting that TN is an "at will" employment state and we are all a dime a dozen. There is no respect from upper management and regularly fires good employees due to being out sick or any excuse they want to. Upper management curses at employees, threatens termination and in general is a very hostile work environment. Most employees are not allowed to speak to other employees except for work related conversations while other employees are constantly chatting and generally not working. The management really doesn't want you to leave your desk for any reason. Lots of tattle tales and upper management encourages this. Supervisors are known to make up things to get an employee in trouble. There is no discussion allowed - you must sit quietly and be berated and can not defend yourself. No overtime is allowed for most employees and then you get into trouble when your work is behind. This company shows favoritism for certain employees and if you complain about something against those, you are the one who gets verbally berated. There is a great lack of reviews/raises for some employees. While others get really great reviews and raises (no matter what their work ethic is) others will not get a review and then are fired for "performance" without any warning. The work-life balance is a joke. 5 days first year, 10 days second year. This is for vacation and sick leave. lf you have a medical emergency and have to be out for anytime over your PTO days, the likelihood is that you will be terminated for "performance". This is quite common at this company. This company has a turn over that is comparable to a revolving door. If you think about applying here, all I can say is RUN!
