Pros

INVID offers an excellent opportunity to acquire experience and develop skills. Its diverse portfolio of projects with clients and industries exposes you to different experiences and environments. The work culture is balanced, as is the life-to-work ratio. They offer a hybrid modality, with at least one day at the office and the rest at home weekly. In my case, I work 2 days per week from the office, which is helpful when you need to work together. Nowadays, most tech companies require employees to return to work full-time from the office. The overall benefit package is competitive, and their employees' activities are fun and well-planned. The management is employee-oriented. They empathize with employees' situations and invest in their career development and training. Most employees are professionally competent and easy to work with. Some others can be low performers, but after a staff restructuring and measures are taken, these low performers leave the company, and new talented and committed personnel arrive. I am glad to be part of a purely Puerto Rican company in the technology industry.

Cons

INVID's offices are located in a coworking, so getting a working space can be challenging when crowded. Also, the parking area provided can feel insecure after hours, and there are no security measures to ensure the safety of employees when walking from the parking to the office. While this is a con at the moment, INVID will be moving to a new, bigger, and safer location this year.

Pros

Great coworkers. Good office perks and now they have a bigger office with quiet rooms for meetings and concentrations.

Cons

Clients are a little picky and tend to scope creep a lot making devs to burn out quick.
