Pros

INVERS has been growing for the past few years and with it came some growing pains. Today, the team that grew together over the past few years is more than dedicated to their customers, colleagues and the shared mobility world. New team members are on-boarded quickly and with a friendly attitude. They are part of the team right away. Contact to customers is always friendly and professional and customers appreciate that they know many of the team members personally. The atmosphere is very relaxed, friendly and family-like. People help each other out and know what's happening in the company in general (sales/projects/support). You have the feeling that staff members don't just care for their own areas but the company as a whole. There is room for team members to grow and take on projects. And for those who are up for a challenge - there is still a start-up spirit in the air. Still, more strategic planning for company goals has evolved over the last year and teams are actively engaged in working on goals together. The right tools are available. Company car use is possible. The Shared Mobility world is a super interesting area to be working in today.

Cons

Has some growing pains like other companies. Coaching for those growing pains would certainly be beneficial. Meeting culture still evolving. There are some meetings with little to no call to action for team members. Team could certainly use more people to support projects.

Pros

The company aspires to a great culture, with flexible place and time of work, activities outside of work and a generally very nice way to work with each other amongst colleagues.

Cons

The workload is way to high. Overtime is no exception but the status quo. This is not made easier by a leadership, that is micromanaging certain aspects and failing to give feedback on other aspects (that need this feedback from a higher level). Suggestions for improvement are often ignored.
