      Die Geschäftsleitung möchte alles bis ins kleinste Detail absegenen, was das Tagesgeschäft unglaublich aufhält und Frustrierend ist. Durch den hohen Druck sögt jeder am Stuhl des anderen. Modernes Equipment wird Steinzeitlich genutzt. Keine funktionierende Struktur in der Firma.
