      Good people at local level, trying to make ends meet.

      Cons

      Mastec has ruined this company. PA office shut down and got absorbed without notification. Under-staffed. Union office leadership are snakes.

      Small office environment. Coworker relationships are casual and fun. Somewhat flexible schedule.

      Cons

      Workload is daunting due to low-level workforce and not enough employees. High turnover in 2024 due to poor decisions from upper management. No support from parent company, Mastec, therefore the 2024 changes have created a chaotic and demoralizing environment.
