      *MNC company *Fresh graduates welcome. *A good place to start with when you don't have "any" single experience. *People are mostly friendly *Work life balance (if you don't have ambitious in your life when you are still young)

      Cons

      *Micromanaging *Bad management skill, dismissing the value of their people. Not valuing followers. *Failing to be themselves as leaders. *Middle management level will steal your glory and you won't get recognition from upper level. So you will be a small potato forever. *No future for entry level position.
