Pros
I believe that if someone were to work at INTEGRIS in a clinical position, it would be a very rewarding job. I worked in a non-clinical position but my experience with most of the doctors and nurses was very rewarding. I would recommend anyone to work at INTEGRIS in a clinical setting.
Cons
I worked in the Realty and Construction department and it was the most toxic environment I will probably ever experience in my professional career. It was full of micromanagement, lies, deception, hypocrisy and sexism. There was no room for mistakes, lack of trust, role confusion, excessive stress, office gossip, high turnover rates, unhealthy work boundaries, gaslighting, lack of career support, low morale, negativity and sick guilt. Employees were not put first and the there was no prioritization of well being. My direct supervisor was the most unprofessional leader that anyone could ever have and never modeled expected behavior consistently. Just a sad person really. Rewards and recognition were non-existent as well as skip levels. I got a large feeling of mistrust from upper management as well.
