      Benefits are good. They are flexible with hours.

      Cons

      Having a 24 patient load and staff isn't helping because it's "not their job" Pay isn't very good, I've been there 3 years, 2 full time and the most I'm making is 10.92

      Pros

      I love my job, my leader and my co-workers! This Hospital is amazing and all of the people that work there are so kind and friendly! Great place to work!

      Pros

      Pay was the only pro I can think of and that still was not that great.

      Cons

      understaffed, forced to take more patients than was told you would have to, no PTO, was made to work most holidays because so short staffed, micro managing at its finest and non-existant managers.
