As an almost 19 year employee, I enjoyed my time at Integris. Was planning on ending my career there. Did make some great friends on the same level as myself.
Cons
Until having to work with a new Director who went on a power trip! That is the mentality of all leadership and management there. There is no where to go to speak to anyone. They say call HR but there is no way you can do that and feel that you have someone on your side. Was brutally beaten down mentally from this Director, she made me feel like I was going in a million directions and nothing you did ever pleased her. Once I left, forget about getting unemployment! The state granted benefits to me, BUT Integris appealed and the states decision was overturned! They will fight everyone's UI Benefits!!! Especially after a long tenured employee who sacrificed so much! That is pretty sad when the company budgets for this and it's not costing them anything. Company benefits are the absolute worst in the healthcare industry! Very high deductibles and high premiums!
