Pros
Our services and the reason we are located strategically throughout the state are based upon the need of the communities we serve. Goals are based upon community need and excellent results. Our pay and benefits are very competitive. Although we are a large system, I would say caregivers feel connected and feel we are impactful-make a difference.
Cons
As with all health care, we deal with regulations, insurance companies, high stress, scrutiny and compliance. But we have focus on doing what is right, what is best practice and what is safe for our patients and our caregivers.
