      They offer free snacks and drinks.

      Cons

      They pretend to have an actual interest in the employees welfare, but they don't. Resources for getting work done effectively are very limited. There are too many micromanagers.

      Cons

      The company feels very sketchy. Never had I heard of a payments role where you are collecting sensitive financial data to ask you to use your own computer to work at their business. The business doesns't sound stable if they cannot provide you a laptop to work. They couldnt even explain what your personal computer would be used for, if any information needed to be downloaded, etc.
