Employer doesn't pay - Photographer INKGILITY Employee Review

Working at Inkgility was an awesome experience. The team was super supportive, and I always felt like my ideas were valued. The projects were exciting, and I had the freedom to get creative and take the lead on designs that really made an impact. The leadership encouraged growth and always had my back when I wanted to try something new. The culture was fast-paced but balanced, and the team made it a fun, collaborative place to work. It was a great spot to grow as a designer and actually see my work make a difference!

The fast-paced environment could be a bit intense at times. But honestly, it pushed me to grow and sharpen my skills, which I really appreciated. If you’re someone who thrives under pressure and loves being challenged, it’s a fantastic place to work.

The company model was very exciting and cool. The work environment was very agile and awesome! Working on a plethora of creative projects was outstanding. Great was to boast your portfolio and gain excellent work experience. I absolutely loved working on every project. I was excited to be part of such a creative and forward thinking conpany from the ground up.

The pay was laughable. They tell you that you come in with very low pay but I'm a couple of months the pay could double if the sales increase (FYI I wasn't in sales). The owner of the company was awful. He had absolutely no management skills. Honestly, if he stayed at home and I did not have to work with him, I'd probably still be an inkgility employee.
