      Occasionally work life balance only.

      Cons

      Bad work life balance. Mgmt does not really seek to get your feedback, it is all for show. Agile is just as it is: talk and nothing is shown in Singapore. Bosses always imitidate you after standup if you talk and give feedbacks esp the managers in Trade Finance Ops.
