As a fresher, joined this as my first career, really appreciate the diversity available for different positions. Great leadership, winner minded leadership is what is needed and you get that over here.

6 day work which is at this point is not feasable given the amount of workload we handle, it almost makes us feel underpaid and overworked.

1) Timely salary disbursement and adherence to payroll commitments. 2) Good system of awards and recognition for employees delivering quality work. 3) Stable job environment with decent job security for consistent performers.

1) Limited internal growth opportunities and slower career progression within the organization. 2) Workload and pressure are driven by client demands, with less flexibility or negotiation on timelines.
