Pros

At the beginning everyone was positive but their masks slipped a few weeks into working there. It’s a very lonely place to work and you don’t know who to trust.

Cons

The lack of skilled management in all departments. There’s a terrible atmosphere when certain senior management are in the office. There are so many egos and negative games being played out amongst the various teams. They are getting people to put good reviews on Glassdoor as they have historically had a bad reputation. I need to leave for my mental health as there is no one to help me get over some of the things I have had to endure in this company. If you are looking for a fun company who cares for their staff and wants to see you succeed - keep on looking as incopro (or whatever their name will be as they are about to rebrand) is not that place.
