Pros
The experience will make you appreciate competent leadership elsewhere.
Cons
This company is in serious trouble — financially and culturally. I was lured in with promises of stability and growth, only to be discarded after one month under the excuse of being “not the right fit.” In reality, this place operates in pure survival mode. During my short time there, it was clear they are losing lots of money — burning through millions each month with no sustainable plan in sight. Vendors are constantly chasing them down for payment, and the leadership seems to be scrambling.
The internal environment is just as toxic. Communication is poor, morale is nonexistent, and there’s a constant undercurrent of fear and instability. It felt like people were being brought in just to be used and discarded. There’s no real direction, no accountability — just panic and dysfunction.
If you're considering working here, think very carefully. This is not a healthy organization. It’s a sinking ship, and they’re more than willing to take others down with them.
Let me know if you want to make it even more aggressive or tailor it for Glassdoor, Reddit, or another platform.
