Pros
- Lots of different projects. - Flexible working hours. - Company location.
Cons
- Unpaid overtime. (You are notified of required overtime for a weekend on Friday at 16pm, by a boss who does not answer your emails entire week or more. And you don't get pay for it). - Sectors have little or no communication between them. - No teamwork, everybody is soloing. - Too narrow and specialized job descriptions. - Poor HR (You see HR only when you are hired or fired/resigned) - No project planing (You can't know in advance what will you do tomorrow or next week or what is projects scope or when will it end, so you can't adapt your flexible work time and plan it. You don't know what others are doing and what is their responsibility. Did I mention teamwork here? There is none.) - And last but not least, agreement that you maid when you were hired, they are not honoring it. For example boss that hired you during interview, first day on the job transfers you to other boss, and guess, you don't like him. So all agreements that you maid are now non existent (different boss). Did I mention unpaid overtime because of that new boss?
