Pros
The office is based in a great location and the company pay high basic salaries for the industry. The new office is quite small but located right next to the British Museum. Bathrooms are shared with other offices but are always clean and maintained. Easily commutable as it is a five minute walk from Holborn. Managing Director is incredibly passionate and desperate for the business to succeed. She can at times be a good mentor.
Cons
Lack of management, very few accounts for such a long established company. Management often argue and belittle each other in front of staff creating a hostile environment to work in. Accounts often stolen and overall not a trustworthy place for the long term. Company needs to use more modern techniques and stop focusing on what used to work. The company was successful when previously working in Financial recruitment however they have not adapted to the changing requirements of IT recruitment. As such the database is terribly out of date.
