      Practically impossible to get fired bc of the unions Can do research if you like that Lot of practice, complicated patients Good vacations

      Cons

      Salary hasn’t adjusted for inflation in 20 years Way too much work to do it properly Tech from 20-30 years ago Bosses usually pressure you to do extra things for free

      I don't work with them anymore but good company they'll professional and if someone doesn't know how to work with concrete they teach you like a pro.

      Well I never had a down concept form them they all professional guy and the super independent Mr Jorge really cool guy to work with.
