      Great company with decent benefits and pay structure. Part of the Indianapolis Motor speedway. And has alot of potential

      Current management doesn't care about employees or retention of employees. Disrespectful and dishonest. Always looking for a way to screw an employee and blame someone else.

      Fast Paced, Creative opportunities, potential to travel.

      Long hours and have to work weekends (racing on the weekends) so should be obvious.
