Pros

Opportunity, transparency, honesty, compassion, development, career advancement. I've spent a good portion of my career in the agency world and am impressed with IMM's ability to manage through the inherent ups and downs of client-based work. They have their eyes on the long game. The leadership team is clearly dedicated to providing opportunity and career growth at every turn. I feel very fortunate to be part of the team and look forward to the bright future of IMM.

Cons

IMM has quite a few people who have been there for a long time, especially for an agency, and quite a few people who have joined the company within the last year. There seems to be some friction among those who want things to be the way they've always been and those who want to bring best practices from previous experiences. Rather than include everyone in the discussion, they should choose a path and stick to it. Culture has to happen organically - it can't be forced.
