Pros
Competitive wages. Good staff benefits. There are the friendliest people there. Has a lot of flexibility working in the department to initiate research (not in the main research division though,)
Cons
Very dependent on the department, but it can be pretty political and competitive. A lot of red tabs. Things can move pretty slowly in the department. Sadly, there's quite a bad leadership during my period of hire.
