Easy workload. Projects are simple and clients easy to work with.
Cons
Company does not win complex projects. Senior leadership not willing to invest in new technology and engineering staff. They are more concerned about big bonuses for senior leadership and growing stock value for themselves. Definitely need to find a company that values their engineers more and will reward performance over tenure.
