      -good exposure to the semiconductor industry for beginners like me.

      -the work loads and the knowledges gained through out the attachment was depends on the supervisor that you get.

      I love the challenge and helping people who need me.

      Cons

      I have been an employee for 4 yrs. and recently had an issue with a local agency that was uncontrollable and I got no support from IME at all and now have very little work.
