      Pros

      Amazing benefits including a yearly bonus and competitive pension. Nice culture and regular company events/incentives. Lots of extra holiday. Nice office in a good location. There is opportunity for progression. Many people stay for a long time because it is a nice place to work.

      Cons

      SSR teams are overworked. Probation period is 12 months which is a bit excessive and likely doesn’t make new staff feel particularly stable or safe. Sometimes you feel like a number when making requests. They pay a little low compared to the market. Not much diversity but I don’t think it is intentional.
