      Dispatch and office staff try to be helpful

      Cons

      They try to be very e tech heavy but just a headache. Work is sporadic. Have yet to make the average pay I was quoted.

      IMC provides excellent compensation for good performers, opportunity to travel worldwide and interact with very smart people
