Pros
I have just finished a 6-month contract with Imagr, where I have been helping with UX/CX strategy, design work, and the selection of a new head of UX. The team have been great to work with, with lots of smart driven people. Collaboration was great, the team were open to new ideas and give regular feedback. The environment and culture were hard-working but open, they made me feel part of the team and I was even included in the Xmas party. The in-office setup is so beneficial with the mock supermarket and hardware, great for a UX practitioner to get his hands on.
Cons
No real cons, the only challenge is the same for any of its kind where distributed teams can make communication channels slower, or can cause challenges for user testing. But nothing negative about the company itself.
