Pros

internal resources & client retention

Cons

Notable lack of diversity and favoritism towards employees who fit their preferred characteristics. Teams in Diversified have a significantly poor culture, with egos, preferential treatment & overpromising commonplace. Your value is perceived-fit-based vs work-based, and top performers are likely to struggle in the environment should they appear to be outside of leadership’s preferred profiles.

Pros

Unlimited PTO is positive except everyone’s workloads were so much that it was difficult to back others up or the support was lacking when taking time away because my back ups didn’t have capacity to properly support me.

Cons

- Office politics -Inequality with remote flexibility across the organization -Employees were told to speak up and ask for help but when they did they were reprimanded and the support was not consistently provided. -Employee turnover was incredibly high. -Employees had access to everyone’s email accounts, including team leads, which led to sensitive information being compromised. -Employees collectively provided exceptional feedback to management but were not listened to. -Change management was virtually nonexistent -AMS conversions were rushed and training was severely lacking. Demonstrations were provided once and then they wished employees the best of luck. -When employees were responsible for covering costs out of pocket for business expenses, the reimbursements were often delayed causing financial stress for many. -Compensation was underwhelming. -Promotions (and new hires) were limited to those who were favorited or had connections within the organization. Regardless of industry experience, licensing or education. This could have been the greatest place on earth to retire from. I still wish them the very best and hope they make improvements.
