      Pros

      I worked at three of the locations! I would definitely recommend two of the locations to family and friends in a heartbeat! Lots of opportunity for growth.

      Cons

      One of the locations was unprofessional and it was sad that it had such crazy turnover! They really didn't know how to handle situations and showed favoritism in a very obvious way.

      Benefits PTO and vacation The team is good. Installing the roomsets and media Picking design to a certain extent

      Management The design can be really controlled You have to get approval from so many people Manager is micro managing
